Break With A Purpose: Hope After the Storm
January 8th – 15th, 2020

The 2020 BWAP Trip is full and regular registration has closed. We are putting anyone interested in going on a wait list in case a spot opens up between now and the trip. If you would like to be added to the wait list please email Pastor Mark to indicate your interest in the trip.

This year we will be headed to San Sebastian, Puerto Rico and working with Campamento El Guacio in their ongoing rebuilding efforts from Hurricane Maria. Our time will be spent on work sites doing what’s needed: cleaning, painting, agriculture, minor repairs, roofing, etc. We will also have time to visit and explore parts of the island.

Sunday, December 8th ~ Team Commissioning at Worship, 4:30 – 5:30 PM
Sunday, February 2nd ~ Team Sharing in Worship, 4:00 – 6:30 PM

We will be flying from Milwaukee, Wisconsin (MKE) to San Juan, Puerto Rico (SJU) on Southwest Airlines. For those in Madison, we will take a bus to the airport. Alternatively, you can meet the group at Milwaukee Airport.

The first night we arrive we will stay in San Juan. The rest of the time we will be staying at Campamento El Guacio in San Sebastian.

$400 payment is due with your registration; payments are nonrefundable as they go towards airplane tickets which are non-refundable. The total cost of this trip is over $1000/person. Thanks to the generous support of donors, Pres House is able to subsidize a significant amount. If you are able to contribute more, we welcome you to give generously.

No special skills are required, however if you some Spanish language skills and/or have some basic knowledge of construction, those are helpful.

This BWAP trip has room for ten people on the team. If more than ten people would like to go, preference will be given to those engaged in the Pres House community and/or who have not participated in a previous BWAP trip.
