The Pres House Apartments offers a unique option in student housing at UW – Madison.The mission of the Pres House Apartments is to be:

PH Apartments offers high quality apartments for 250 students. Adjacent to the Pres House in the heart of the university campus, this unique community is much more than a place to eat and sleep. Guided by our staff it is a supportive home where you will build lifelong friendships and have the opportunity to engage in spiritual exploration, volunteer service, and fellowship.

Students live at Pres House for all kind of different reasons and all are welcome regardless of background and reason for choosing Pres House. All programs and activities offered at Pres House are voluntary and no religious affiliation or participation is required. The Pres House Apartments is owned by the Pres House Student Center and professionally managed by Forward Management.
